Meet Mat Guzzetti, the creative force behind the bar at the Victoria Tavern. A 15-year veteran of mixology, Mat hails from the East Coast but found his true inspiration in the Rocky Mountains. Drawn by a love for board sports and the call of the high country, he made his way to Vail, Colorado, where he honed his craft as a sommelier and expanded into the art of crafting innovative cocktails.
Often found foraging for fresh ingredients, Mat’s passion for the outdoors infuses every drink he creates. His rotating menu at The Vic features fresh, seasonal cocktails and timeless classics, each inspired by 115 years of the tavern’s historic charm.
